Refund policy
Returns (if applicable)
Our policy to return items lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Downloadable products are not eligible for refunds unless there has been proof of no download.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, such as an order number.
To start a return, please contact us at support@beabridgebuilder.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@beabridgebuilder.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@beabridgebuilder.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To start an exchange, please contact us at support@beabridgebuilder.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any exchange question at support@beabridgebuilder.com.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first wait 3-5 business days, then check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@beabridgebuilder.com.
