Shipping policy

The usual shipping time listed is an estimate after your order has shipped out, not the time the order is placed. Orders placed before 7am EST usually will ship that same day, except weekends and holidays (any order placed then will usually ship the next business day). 

Please note that due to COVID-19 USPS has periodically been experiencing delays in various regions of the U.S. This has caused delays with shipping and missed tracking scans. We ask that you allow them extra time to deliver your order. 

If your order does not arrive in 21 days from the time of your order, please check the tracking status and feel free to follow up with us at support@beabridgebuilder.com.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for reshipping orders that have been marked delivered. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order.  as we cannot change the location once the order has been placed.
